The core hosting experience does not change by tier.

Launch customers still get the same essential control, security, email, and site-management features.

DirectAdmin

Manage domains, DNS, mail, databases, SSL, cron jobs, files, and more in one control panel.

Free SSL

Secure hosted websites without a separate certificate add-on.

Professional email

Host mailboxes on your own domains with spam protection and webmail access.

Questions, answered

What customers usually want to know.

Clear answers without burying the important parts in fine print.

Is bandwidth really unlimited?+

Yes for normal website and email use. We do not meter routine transfer or charge bandwidth overages. Our Acceptable Use Policy prevents shared hosting from being used primarily as a public file mirror, video delivery platform, or backup repository.

Can I change plans later?+

Yes. Your Red Rocket Cloud client portal supports plan changes, so you can move between Launch, Growth, and Pro as your needs change.

Do I get a control panel?+

Yes. Every hosting plan includes DirectAdmin for websites, domains, DNS, email, databases, SSL, and other hosting tools.

Does hosting include email?+

Yes. Each plan includes professional email hosting on your own domains, with higher mailbox limits on Growth and Pro.

Where do I get support?+

Existing customers can open and manage tickets in the Red Rocket Cloud client portal. The support page on this site links you directly to the right place.

Do you support WordPress?+

Yes. All plans are WordPress-ready with PHP, MariaDB, SSL, cron jobs, and the tools needed for a normal WordPress deployment. Growth and Pro also include Redis.
