Information you provide
When you create a client account, place an order, pay an invoice, or request support, Red Rocket Cloud may process contact information, billing details, service configuration, support communications, and other information necessary to provide the requested service.
Website analytics
The public website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics and standard security telemetry to understand aggregate site usage, performance, and abuse. The client portal may maintain session and security information needed for authentication and account protection.
Payments
Payment information may be processed by supported third-party payment providers. Red Rocket Cloud does not need to store full payment-card numbers when the payment provider supplies tokenized or hosted payment methods.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, DNS, security, email, payment, and hosting providers as necessary to operate Red Rocket Cloud. Information is shared only as needed to provide or secure the service.
Retention and security
We retain account, billing, service, and support records as reasonably necessary for operations, security, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute handling. We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect customer information.
